Admission Information

  • Kindergarten Days & Hours Open or Close

    Monday to Friday

     

    • 1st Session: 08.15am to 12.15pm
    • 2nd Session: 12.15pm to 04.30pm
  • Enrolment Information Open or Close

    Calvary Pandan Kindergarten follows the standardised age enrolment structure in accordance with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), Singapore, as follows:

     

    LEVEL AGE GROUP
    Pre-Nursery Year that child turns 3
    Nursery Year that child turns 4
    Kindergarten 1 Year that child turns 5
    Kindergarten 2 Year that child turns 6

     

     

    Please contact the Administrator at 65603884 if you wish to access your child’s Child Development Account (CDA) to pay for kindergarten fees.

  • Purchase of School Attire Open or Close

    CPK Uniform: $24.00 per set

    CPK Outdoor Attire: $18 per set

     

    • Sizes bigger than “XL” would be charged at a special price after consultation with the tailor.
    • All uniforms and outdoor attires are sold in a set. We are sorry that we cannot sell individual tops / bottoms or pair different-sized tops with bottoms.
  • School Bus Service Open or Close

    Sam Hock Seng Transport Services is the appointed bus operator for CPK. Kindly contact Mr. Koh at 90046810 for details on transport arrangements, routes and charges.

  • Registration Process Open or Close

    Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. Admission priority is given to Calvary Pandan B-P Church members and siblings of current students. Calvary Pandan Kindergarten welcomes parents to make an appointment to tour the kindergarten during the school terms. You may contact us at +65 65603884 or emailing cpk@calvarypandan.sg to make an appointment for kindergarten visits or registration.

     

    Registration Payment

    • A one-time, non-refundable and non-transferrable registration fee of S$50 and deposit of $200.00 are payable upon registration. 
    • Payment Mode: Cash or cheque payable to “Calvary Pandan Kindergarten” We apologise that we do not accept NETS or credit card payment.

     

    Kindly bring the following documents for registration:

    • One passport-sized photo of your child
    • A copy of your child’s birth certificate
    • A copy of your child’s immunization record
    • A copy of both parents’ NRICs
    • A copy of caregivers' NRIC (if applicable)
    • A copy of bank statement of Baby Bonus Account
    • A copy of the first page of your child’s passport (for foreigners)

     

    A foreigner, except for a Dependant’s Pass/Immigration Exemption Order holder, is required to apply for a Student Pass. You may speak to our Administrator to find out more the application process or login to www.ica.gov.sg for more information..

     

    Registration Hours

    • Registration hours: Monday  to Friday 9.00am to 3.30pm
    • Our kindergarten office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, scheduled school holidays and public holidays
    • Kindly call to make an appointment prior to your visit
  • Withdrawal Open or Close

    It is important that your written notification of withdrawal is received by the relevant deadline as stated herewith in order to avoid any misunderstanding.

     

    If you are withdrawing your child from Calvary Pandan Kindergarten, one month’s written notice using CPK’s official Student Withdrawal Form must be given. Verbal notification of withdrawal will not be accepted. You may obtain a hardcopy of CPK’s official Student Withdrawal Form from our CPK’s office.

     

    Please note that the one month’s notice period excludes the school holidays. Once the withdrawal is confirmed, your child’s vacancy will be given to others. Please consider your withdrawal very carefully before submitting your form.

     

    All other fees paid are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Any paid term fees, after pro-rating, will be refunded only if the following two conditions are fulfilled:

     

    1. Child has started school term with CPK; AND
    2. One month’s written notification of withdrawal, excluding school holidays, using CPK’s official Student Withdrawal Form is submitted to the kindergarten’s office. Withdrawal date commences from the day the official withdrawal form is received by the CPK’s office
